 How to thaw a turkey:

Most people agree that the best way to thaw a turkey is by letting it slow thaw in a refrigerator.  We would recommend that you place the frozen turkey in your refrigerator, breast up, three days before cooking.  Do not open the wrapper until you are ready to cook.  Three days should be ideal.  Do not thaw in water.
